Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Participants will include individuals with stroke and healthy volunteers. 2. Individuals with stroke must be aged 18 years or older, have a confirmed diagnosis of stroke based on clinical manifestations and cranial CT or MRI findings, be clinically stable, be able to complete the prescribed rehabilitation movement tasks under the guidance of the research staff, have sufficient comprehension and ability to cooperate, and voluntarily provide written informed consent. 3. Healthy volunteers must be aged 18 years or older, have no known history of stroke, significant neurological disease, or musculoskeletal disorders affecting limb motor function, be able to understand and complete the prescribed movement tasks, and voluntarily provide written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Participants will be excluded if they have severe cardiac, pulmonary, hepatic, renal, or other major organ dysfunction and cannot tolerate the study procedures; 2. severe cognitive impairment, impaired consciousness, psychiatric or behavioral abnormalities, severe aphasia, or other conditions preventing effective cooperation; 3. severe musculoskeletal disorders, significant pain, limb amputation, or other conditions substantially affecting task completion; 4. clinically unstable conditions or evident safety risks associated with the movement tests; 5. neurological diseases other than stroke or other conditions that may substantially affect motor function or study cooperation; 6. or any other condition considered unsuitable by the investigator. Healthy volunteers will also be excluded if they have a history of stroke, significant neurological disease, or conditions affecting limb motor function.
