Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=18 years old; 2.AIS patients who were enrolled in accordance with the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke 2023 and within 24 hours of onset; 3.All of them underwent craniocerebral CT scanning + craniocerebral CTA + craniocerebral CTP examination after admission to the hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.patients using sedatives or anesthetics; 2.oral antiplatelet agents prior to the onset of the disease; 3.history of abnormal platelet counts and function; 4.other hematologic disorders; 5.comorbidity with severe infectious and autoimmune disorders; 6.comorbidity with severe hepatic and renal function abnormalities and a personal history of malignancy; 7.pregnant or puerperal females; 8.lack of clinical data.
