Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy control group: (1) age >=18 years old, =18 years old, =18 years old, <=75 years old; (2) meet the diagnostic criteria for diabetic retinopathy; (3) Informed consent was signed voluntarily

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Exclusion criteria for the eyes: ocular surface diseases that affect the conjunctiva imaging, such as corneal scarring, corneal degeneration, pterygium (involving the limbus > 2 mm); severe dry eye (tear film break-up time = 3); conjunctival scarring diseases (such as Stevens-Johnson syndrome, ocular scarring pemphigoid); glaucoma (any type, or long-term use of intraocular pressure-lowering drugs); high myopia (equivalent spherical lens > -6.0 D) or axial length > 26.5 mm; history of intraocular surgery other than cataract (except for cataract phacoemulsification, need to exclude within = 160 mmHg or diastolic pressure >= 100 mmHg); severe renal insufficiency (eGFR 20% of the conjunctival image cannot be interpreted due to excessive tear fluid, bubbles, etc.
