Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age <=14 years old; 2.Complex mitral valve deformities treated with mitral valve plasty (preoperative echo indicating ischemic MR or poor subvalvular differentiation).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who refuse to participate in the study or decline to sign the informed consent form; 2.Patients with other complex cardiovascular anomalies that cannot be surgically corrected during the same procedure; 3.Patients with moderate or greater mitral stenosis;
