45 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with primary angle-closure glaucoma and concomitant lens subluxation cataract; 2. Aged 45 to 75; 3. The eyes included in the study had stable intraocular pressure (IOP) within 20 mmHg, either through peripheral iridectomy with laser drilling, trabeculectomy, anti-glaucoma medication, or no treatment; 4. Routine preoperative biological measurements can be completed for patients who are scheduled to undergo cataract surgery
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Eye diseases affecting the stability of the lens zonules, such as ocular trauma history and exfoliation syndrome; 2. Neovascular glaucoma, secondary glaucoma due to uveitis, and secondary angle-closure glaucoma; 3. Previous history of intraocular surgery; 4. The opposite eye is in an artificial lens implantation state; 5. The opposite eye exhibits significant lens subluxation
