Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 65 years old; 2.Perform internal fixation surgery for femoral fracture; 3.Complete perioperative nursing and follow-up data;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pathological fractures or metastasis of malignant tumors; 2.Participated in other clinical studies at the same time; 3.The rate of missing medical records exceeds 20%.
