Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Total thyroidectomy or near-total thyroidectomy was performed, and the postoperative pathological diagnosis was DTC. 2.According to the "Guidelines for the Treatment of Differentiated Thyroid Cancer with 131I (2021 Edition)", there are indications for 131I treatment after thyroid cancer. 3.TSH > 30 mIU/ml in the stimulated state before iodine treatment. 4.Complete surgical records, pathology reports, relevant imaging and laboratory examination data; 5.Consciousness is clear and able to communicate verbally.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with postoperative wounds that have not healed. 2.Pregnant and lactating women, planning to become pregnant in the short term (6 months). 3.There is severe dysfunction of the heart, liver, kidney and other organs. 4.Presence of significant gastrointestinal discomfort or major gastrointestinal disease. 5.Those who have obvious allergic reactions to lactulose, rhubarb and senna and cannot tolerate it.
