Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.The patient's burn area is >= 30%; 2.Patients who received fluid resuscitation treatment after admission; 3.Patients with complete clinical records; 4.The patient's hospitalization duration is >= 3 days; 5.No history of heart, lung, kidney, or other major organ diseases before admission, and no combined injuries such as cranial brain injury, limb fractures, organ injuries, etc., that severely affect fluid administration during the shock phase.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.On admission, the patient had already received treatment at an external hospital, and the exact amount of fluid administered is unknown. 2.On admission, the patient had already passed the first 24 hours of the shock phase.

Design outcomes

MeasureTime frame
hospitalization days;

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Outcome status / Prognosis / Follow-up outcome;Patient fluid resuscitation data (actual crystalloid coefficient, colloid coefficient, and total water volume during the shock phase [first 8 hours / second and third 8 hours / second 24 hours]; time of first plasma infusion post-injury; total pre-hospital crystalloid and colloid infusion volumes);Vital signs parameters (hourly heart rate, urine output, blood pressure, body temperature, and shock index);General information (including gender, age, body weight, cause of burn, burn severity, percentage of third-degree burn area, time of admission, presence of inhalation injury, use of invasive mechanical ventilation, etc.);
