Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Obese patients who received DJBL treatment in our hospital from March 2026 to August 2027; 2. Completed standardized multimodal ultrasound examination within one week before the surgery; 3. Completed follow-up for at least 3 months after the surgery; 4. Complete clinical and ultrasound data.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Missing ultrasound images or data; 2.Loss to follow-up or follow-up duration less than 3 months; 3.Previous upper abdominal surgery interfering with measurements; 4.Previous upper abdominal surgery interfering with measurements; 5.Severe hepatic and renal insufficiency, malignant tumors
