Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Before conducting any activities related to the trial, informed consent has been obtained; 2. Age >= 18 years and < 60 years; 3. Male or female; 4. Body mass index between 18.5 and 40 kg/m^2.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Participants were excluded from the study if they had: (1) a history of any of the following conditions before screening: 1) severe hypertension (systolic blood pressure >=180mmHg, and/or diastolic blood pressure >=110mmHg) and 2) cardiovascular disease, defined as: Stroke, decompensated heart failure NYHA class 3 or 4, myocardial infarction, unstable angina or coronary artery bypass grafting or angioplasty 3) history of endocrine disease such as thyroid, pituitary, or adrenal gland 4) clinically significant abnormal gastric emptying, severe chronic gastrointestinal disease, or long-term use of drugs that have a direct effect on gastrointestinal peristalsis 5) history of cancer or cancer 6) history of autoimmune disease 7) history of gastrointestinal, brain surgery, or trauma. (2) Any of the laboratory indicators before screening met the following criteria: 1) any one of FT3,FT4,TSH beyond the reference range 2) liver function injury, ALT or AST>=2.5ULN 3) renal function injury, serum creatinine >=125umol/l in male; Women with serum creatinine > 110umol/l (3) had received antidiabetic drugs, antihypertensive drugs, weight loss drugs, and long-term (more than 7 consecutive days) intravenous, oral, or intra-articular corticosteroid administration within 6 months before screening. (4) pregnant or lactating women, and (5) known or suspected abuse of alcohol, narcotics, or illegal drugs
