18 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients aged 18–70 years, regardless of sex; 2.Diagnosed with a functioning pituitary adenoma based on clinical manifestations, endocrine evaluation, and contrast-enhanced pituitary MRI, and scheduled to undergo first-time elective transsphenoidal pituitary tumor resection; 3.Conscious and able to understand the study procedures and complete the required questionnaires.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.A documented history of psychiatric disorders, or regular use of antidepressants, anxiolytics, or antipsychotic medications within the preceding 3 months; 2.Presence of other intracranial tumors or severe cardiac, pulmonary, hepatic, or renal dysfunction; 3.Presence of an evident risk of self-harm or suicide, or a need for urgent psychiatric or psychological intervention; 4.Pregnancy or lactation.
