Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years 2. Patients with chronic venous disease of the lower extremities classified as CEAP grades C1–C6, or healthy volunteers 3. Complete clinical records 4. Voluntary signing of the informed consent form
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Other conditions that may contribute to lower extremity venous ulcers, such as heart failure, pressure ulcers (bedsores), malignant or inflammatory ulcers, etc.; 2. Peripheral arterial disease; 3. Primary deep vein thrombosis of the lower extremities, thrombophlebitis, etc.; 4. History of lower extremity vascular surgery or sclerotherapy; 5. Concurrent infections, tumors, or special conditions such as pregnancy or lactation;
