18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age range: 18-80 years old, gender not limited; 2.Conform to the diagnostic criteria for type 2 diabetes (WHO, 1999); 3.Wagner grade 2-4 diabetes foot ulcer; 4.Sign informed consent form;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe liver, liver, and kidney dysfunction (ALT/AST>3 times the upper limit of normal values, Cr>2 times the upper limit of normal values); 2.Severe ischemia of lower limb arteries (ABI<0.6); 3.Combining immune system diseases or tumors; 4.Allergic to PMMA or vancomycin; 5.Pregnant or lactating women.
