Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Meet the diagnostic criteria for diabetes established by the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Chinese Diabetes Society (CDS); 2.Aged >= 60 years; 3.Stable medical condition, with normal comprehension and communication abilities; 4.Willing to participate voluntarily in this study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Coexisting malignant tumors or severe physical illnesses; 2.Presence of mental disorders, including comorbid psychological conditions such as depression; 3.Presence of cognitive impairment or language disorders; 4.Experience of a major life stress event within the past month; 5.Currently participating in another study.
