18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >=18 years; 2.BMI>=24 kg/m^², indicating overweight or obesity; 3.Availability of complete baseline and follow-up clinical data, including routine laboratory test results such as body weight, serum uric acid, and blood glucose; 4.Outpatient visits at Peking Union Medical College Hospital, with a follow-up duration of >=6 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) <30 mL/min/1.73 m^²; 2.Initiation of urate-lowering medications during follow-up, including allopurinol, febuxostat, benzbromarone, etc. 3.Severely incomplete clinical data precluding assessment of the primary study outcomes.
