Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 years or above, regardless of gender 2. Subjects who underwent plain CT scan of the chest/upper and middle abdomen at outpatient departments, emergency departments, inpatient wards or physical examination centers, with normal 5-year gastroscopy results or tumor pathology confirmation 3. Sign the informed consent form for prospective study (for the recalled gastroscopy intervention cohort).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Confirmed history of gastric cancer or prior treatment for gastric tumor 2. Critically ill conditions such as acute intestinal obstruction, gastrointestinal perforation, and severe acute gastritis that make gastroscopy unsuitable 3. Non-contrast CT reconstruction slice thickness >5mm, or presence of motion artifacts or metal artifacts on abdominal CT images that renders evaluation impossible 4. Absolute contraindications exist for gastroscopy or biopsy.
