Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Meet the KDIGO 2012 diagnostic criteria for acute kidney injury (AKI). 2.Have clinical indications for renal biopsy and require pathological examination to clarify the etiology; 3.Age >=18 years, any gender, and voluntarily sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Presence of contraindications to renal biopsy (e.g., severe coagulation disorders, uncontrolled hypertension, solitary kidney, renal malformation or tumor, active infection). 2.End-stage renal disease (ESRD), patients on maintenance dialysis, or kidney transplant recipients. 3.AKI clearly caused by post-renal obstruction (e.g., calculi, tumor compression). 4.Pregnant or lactating women. 5.Patients with severely incomplete clinical data.
