Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meets the COPD diagnostic criteria in the Global Initiative for COPD (2024 edition); 2. Age = 60 years; 3. Conscious and able to communicate normally; 4. Has a caregiver, who is the patient's spouse or another first-degree relative, and will live with the patient after discharge; 5.Voluntarily agrees to participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe systemic diseases at the terminal stage, with a short life expectancy, and a history of head and neck radiotherapy;
