Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. All the subjects underwent standardized medical history recording, clinical examination and imaging tests. All patients with TMD met the diagnostic criteria of Axis I of the DC/TMD system and were diagnosed with painful TMD. 2. Axis II: Positive result of DASS-21 screening (D > 9 or A > 7 or S > 14). 3. Age >= 18 years old. 4. Those with joint or muscle pain, with pain duration >= 3 months. 5. Have certain reading ability. 6. Signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. There are diseases such as suppurative TMJ arthritis, trauma, tumors, etc., and there are systemic joint diseases throughout the body (such as rheumatism, rheumatoid arthritis); 2. There are severe mental disorders (such as severe anxiety disorder, severe depression disorder, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, etc.); 3. Antidepressant/anxiety medication is being taken.
