Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meets the clinical diagnostic criteria for aortic dissection; 2. Age 18-59 years old; 3. Had a stable job (full-time or part-time) at the time of diagnosis; 4. Conscious, without cognitive communication disorders, and with certain reading and writing abilities; 5. Voluntarily participated in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with other important organ dysfunction (2) Patients with severe chronic diseases (3) Those who experienced severe neurological complications after surgery and were unable to express their subjective feelings independently;
