18 Years to 60 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients meeting the 2025 GINA diagnostic criteria for asthma and clinically diagnosed DB patients; healthy controls are individuals without chronic conditions such as asthma or DB, matched to the patient groups for key demographics including age and gender; 2. Right-handed; 3. Aged 18-60; 4. Education level of middle school or higher; 5. Signed informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of chronic diseases (neurological, cardiovascular, chronic inflammatory, or pulmonary diseases other than asthma); 2. Psychiatric disorders: history of manic episodes, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, major depressive episodes, or claustrophobia; 3. Current pregnancy or lactation; 4. Current or recent (within one year) substance abuse or dependence: alcohol abuse, recreational drug use; 5. Current asthma exacerbation; 6. MRI contraindications: metal implants or objects (tattoos, permanent makeup, dentures, orthodontic appliances); 7. Needle or blood phobia.
