Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years ; 2. Compliance with Sepsis-3.0 diagnostic criteria ( infection + SOFA score >= 2 ) ; 3. AKI occurred within 7 days after the diagnosis of sepsis, which met the KDIGO guidelines ( serum creatinine increased by >= 0.3mg / dL within 48 hours, or serum creatinine increased by >= 1.5 times compared with baseline and continued for >= 7 days ) ; 4. There were complete blood routine test results ( including neutrophil and lymphocyte counts ) within 12 hours before and after the diagnosis of sepsis ; 5. Complete clinical data ;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Age <= 18 years old ; 2. previous hypertensive nephropathy, diabetic nephropathy, chronic kidney disease ; 3. children, pregnant or lactating women ; 4. ICU stay less than 24 hours ; 5. Repeated entry ; 6. Lack of key indicators such as blood routine, albumin, and serum creatinine ; 7. AKI occurred in patients with a history of hemodialysis / CRRT before admission or before diagnosis of sepsis.
