Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: atients aged 60 years or older who attend the outpatient clinic or are admitted to the Department of Geriatric Medicine at our hospital will undergo frailty assessment using the FRAIL scale. Eligible patients without any exclusion criteria will be assigned to one of three groups based on their scores: the 'Robust/Non-frail' group (score = 0), the 'Prefrail' group (score = 1–2), or the 'Frail' group (score >= 3).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Failure to meet the inclusion criteria. 2. Patients with acute, critical, or severe conditions, or those with mobility impairments who are unable to participate in gait data collection (e.g., severe infections, unstable vital signs, acute cardiovascular or cerebrovascular events, or bedridden patients unable to walk independently). 3. Severe cognitive impairment resulting in the inability to comprehend or follow instructions during examination. 4. Presence of any other condition deemed unsuitable for study enrollment as determined by the investigators.
