Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Investigation Section: (1) Maternal age >20 years; (2) Gestational age >=12 weeks; (3) Possess good reading comprehension; (4) Voluntarily participate in this research study. 2. Intervention Study Section: (1) Individuals at high-risk for GDM screened by the prediction platform; (2) Singleton pregnancy; (3) Gestation confirmed by early-trimester ultrasound, with gestational age of 12-16 weeks; (4) Participants who give informed consent after explanation by researchers; (5) Capable of using a smartphone.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Observational Study Section: (1) Participants with a confirmed diagnosis of diabetes mellitus; (2) Cases requiring induced labor due to severe fetal abnormalities, including fetal malformation and stillbirth. 2. Intervention Study Section: (1) Fetal malformation; (2) Presence of preterm-labor risk.
