18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years old; 2. Scheduled to undergo elective total knee arthroplasty; 3. At least primary school education level, capable of communicating in Mandarin Chinese; 4. Provided written informed consent and participated voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with comorbid mental disorders or cognitive impairment; 2. Patients with postoperative complications such as wound infection; 3. Patients with chronic pain in other body parts; 4. Illiteracy, unable to complete assessment scales; 5. Currently participating in other research projects.
