Age
18 Years to 45 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-45 years; 2. Singleton pregnancy; 3. Gestational age >= 24 weeks; 4. Able to understand the study content and voluntarily sign written informed consent; 5. Willing to undergo clinical data collection, placental SWE examination, and pregnancy outcome follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Multiple pregnancy; 2. Fetal major structural malformations or definite chromosome abnormality; 3. Severe chronic hypertension, severe kidney disease, autoimmune disease, active infection, malignant tumor and other diseases significantly affect the judgment of the results; 4. Eligible SWE images could not be obtained for reasons such as placental location, image quality, or maternal conditions; 5. Other circumstances judged unsuitable for inclusion in this study.
