20 Years to 40 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Infertile women aged 20–40 years; 2. Patients who have achieved first clinical pregnancy following assisted reproductive technology (IVF/ICSI-ET or FET) – confirmed by ultrasound as an intrauterine pregnancy – but subsequently experience missed abortion; 3. Patientes who need to achieve pregnancy by assisted reproductive technology again.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Gestational age (the actual gestational age at the time of estimated embryonic demise as determined by ultrasound) =11 weeks; Type II and Type III uterine scar pregnancy; Type II cornual pregnancy; 2. Uterine fibroids (FIGO classification: 0–2); uterine malformation; 3. Laparoscopic staging of ASRM Endometriosis as Stage III–IV, and/or endometriosis or adenomyosis diagnosed by ultrasound or MRI; 4. Intrauterine adhesions (hysteroscopic AFS score > 4), endometrial tuberculosis, thin endometrium (endometrial thickness < 7 mm on HCG trigger day or embryo transfer day); 5. Patients with cervical insufficiency,
