Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.There is at least one patient in each center who has cervical-related imaging, structured medical records, clinical text, functional assessments, or other existing data permitted by this program that meets quality requirements.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Critical data cannot be reliably linked, with identity conflicts, date logical errors, or duplicate records present that cannot be resolved upon verification. 2.Target modal quality insufficient, key anatomical or clinical information missing. 3.There are non-degenerative diseases that constitute fundamental confounding factors for research questions, such as acute severe trauma, tumors, active infections, or congenital severe malformations. 4.Individuals with a history of cervical spine surgery who may be affected by natural occurrence or natural progression studies.
