Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Qualitative research: 1. Patients who have undergone total knee arthroplasty due to hemophilia arthritis; 2. Age >=18 years old; 3. The patient has no mental abnormalities. 4. Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study. Non-random control research: 1. Consistent with the diagnosis of hemophilia arthritis and undergoing unilateral total knee arthroplasty for the first time; 2. The condition is stable, the patient is conscious and can clearly understand their own illness, and the age is no less than 18 years old. 3. According to the guidelines, if the level of coagulation factors is over 40%, it is possible to exercise. 4. Agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Qualitative research: 1. Those who cannot communicate normally due to various reasons; 2. Unwilling to participate in this research; 3. Patients with consciousness disorders or mental illnesses; 4. Patients with other serious diseases. Non-randomized controlled study: 1. Emergency surgery; 2. Consciousness disorders or language and communication function disorders; 3. Those with severe cardiovascular diseases and other serious illnesses who are unable to participate in sports; 4. Combined with other diseases that affect limb movement; 5. Have a history of knee joint trauma surgery; 6. Participate in other research simultaneously.
