18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Persistent or recurrent pain in the neck; 2.Neck pain persists for at least 3 months; 3.There are no identifiable specific pathological factors for neck pain; 4.Aged 18 to 60; 5.NRS = 3/10; 6.NDI > 10/50; 7.The patient himself/herself agrees to participate in the research and signs the informed consent form;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.A history of cervical spine fractures, dislocations or malignant tumors; 2.Have received medication or physical therapy within the last three months; 3.Cardiovascular diseases, neurological disorders, organic lesions of the vestibular system or cognitive dysfunction; 4.Pregnancy; 5.Participate in other clinical trials;
