Control Group:The control group receives routine Baby-Friendly Hospital status without additional intervention.
Intervention group:Three-Phase comprehensive breastfeeding intervention (WeChat groups + Antenatal classes + Telephone follow-up)

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Pregnant women at 13–27 weeks of gestation who establish their obstetric records at Jiading District Maternal and Child Health Hospital, receive antenatal care and deliver at the same hospital; 2.Provide informed consent; 3.Voluntarily participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Preterm birth or low birth weight infants; 2. Maternal or infant conditions contraindicated for breastfeeding, such as maternal hepatitis B, active tuberculosis, HIV, or breast disease, or infant oral diseases that prevent suckling; 3. Pregnant or postpartum women with intellectual disability or communication difficulties.
