Intervention group:A just-in-time adaptive intervention for 24-hour movement behaviors, delivered at home using a smart wristband and a 24HMB mobile application

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 60 years old; 2. Residing in the community; 3. Exhibiting unhealthy 24-hour activity patterns, such as less than 150 minutes of moderate to vigorous physical activity per week, or less than 2 sessions of resistance training per week, or a total sitting time of more than 8 hours per day, or a sleep duration of less than 7 hours per night or more than 8 hours per night; 4. Capable of using a smartphone in a simple manner.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who have not completed primary education; 2. Patients diagnosed with dementia and severe mental disorders; 3. Individuals with severe visual or hearing impairments who are unable to cooperate in data collection and intervention; 4. Those with unstable acute symptoms or other individuals at high risk of movement disorders (such as acute coronary syndrome, severe osteoporosis, etc.).
