Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 60 to 80 years old; 2.ASA physical status classification grade II or III; 3.Patients undergoing elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy under general anesthesia; 4.No history of mental illness, capable of normal communication and cooperating with the study; 5.Written informed consent obtained from patients and their families.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Preoperative use of immunosuppressants or anti-inflammatory drugs; 2.Complicated with active infection, malignant tumor or severe hepatorenal insufficiency; 3.Cognitive dysfunction leading to inability to cooperate with pain assessment; 4.Severe pulmonary diseases and history of cardiopulmonary surgery; 5.Patients withdraw voluntarily and refuse further observation during the study.
