18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All of them are in line with the clinical diagnosis of Pilon fractures, and they are unilateral closed Pilon fractures. 2. Complete preoperative X-ray films and CT examinations were conducted to confirm the displacement degree of the intra-articular fractures. 3. Age range: 18 to 65 years old. 4. Treatment and follow-up lasted for at least one year.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Open fracture. 2. Pathological fracture. 3. The patient has mental disorders. 4. Severe vascular injury. 5. Refusal to participate in the study.
