Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the GOLD diagnostic criteria for stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD); 2. Post-bronchodilator pulmonary function classified as GOLD stage II or III, with 30% <= FEV1% predicted <80%; 3. Aged 40 to 80 years; 4. Able to understand the study and voluntarily provide written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Other major pulmonary diseases affecting study assessment or exercise rehabilitation, including interstitial lung disease, pulmonary fibrosis, pneumoconiosis, active tuberculosis, or lung cancer; 2. Acute respiratory failure, decompensated chronic respiratory failure, or other acute or unstable respiratory conditions; 3. Severe cardiovascular disease, including unstable angina, acute myocardial infarction within 3 months, heart failure, uncontrolled severe arrhythmia, or severe valvular disease; 4. Severe hepatic, renal, or other major organ dysfunction; 5. Other malignancies, limb dysfunction, fracture, or other conditions preventing exercise rehabilitation; 6. Severe cognitive impairment; 7. Poorly controlled metabolic disease; 8. Recent systemic corticosteroid use for acute exacerbation, current immunosuppressive treatment, biologic or immunomodulatory therapy, or long-term anti-rejection therapy after organ transplantation; 9. Participation in or receipt of any pulmonary rehabilitation program within the previous 6 months; 10. Any other condition considered unsuitable for participation by the investigator.
