Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Women in their reproductive period (18-50 years old); 2. Patients with adenomyosis who underwent ultrasound-guided MWA or lesion resection surgery in our hospital; 3. Those who have completed 2 years of treatment and are willing to cooperate with follow-up evaluation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combining other diseases affects the endpoint evaluators of the study, such as submucosal fibroids, endometrial polyps or atypical hyperplasia, polycystic ovary syndrome, distant organ endometriosis, etc; 2. Patients with concurrent malignant tumors; 3. Patients who are lost to follow-up or have incomplete evaluation data due to various reasons during the follow-up process.
