Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 65 years and older undergoing elective non-cardiac, non-oncological surgery; 2. The anticipated duration of the surgery exceeds 2 hours; 3. All subjects received standard intraoperative monitoring (e.g., heart rate, blood pressure, pulse oxygen saturation, depth of anesthesia, etc.). 4. The subject provides informed consent and signs the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. A history of diagnosed mental or neurological disorders, including senile dementia, schizophrenia, etc.; 2. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Physical Status Classification Class IV or higher; 3. History of alcohol or substance abuse; 4. Visual and hearing impairments.
