Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult critically ill patients with indwelling catheterization in the ICU; 2. APACHE? Score >= 8 points; 3. Signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Refusal to sign the informed consent; 2. Gravidas; 3. < 18 years old; 4. Urinary tract infection before enrollment; 5. Patients with continuous indwelling catheterization greater than 2 weeks without performing bladder exercise; 6. Patients with oliguria or anuria; 7. Patients with intra-abdominal pressure higher than 20 cmH2O; 8. Patients unable or refused to undergo indwelling catheterization.
