Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.At least 3 valid medical examination records are required, and the interval between each consecutive examination should be 9 to 15 months (simulating annual physical examinations); 2.At the baseline (the first physical examination), there was no diagnosis of diabetes, and the fasting plasma glucose (FPG) was less than 6.1 mmol/L. 3.age= 18 years old;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.At baseline, diabetes preclinical stage was diagnosed (defined as: 6.1 = FPG < 7.0 mmol/L, or according to the medical records). 2.At baseline, a history of other diseases that significantly affect glucose metabolism (such as Cushing's syndrome, acromegaly, chronic pancreatitis, and post-pancreatic resection) was also included. 3.during pregnancy or lactation period. 4.The missing rate of key predictive variables (such as FPG and BMI) exceeds 20%. 5.At baseline, patients were using medications that might significantly affect blood sugar levels (such as systemic glucocorticoids, antipsychotic drugs, etc.).
