Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The close contacts of patients with active tuberculosis were screened according to the criteria of WS288-2017 Tuberculosis Diagnosis and T_CHATA+008-2020; 2. People between the ages of 18 and 65; 3. People without received anti-tuberculosis treatment; 4. Subjects voluntarily participated in this study and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. People with Allergy; 2. People with fever, infectious diseases during the program; 3. Patients with active tuberculosis, patients currently undergoing tuberculosis treatment and patients with old tuberculosis; 4. Patients with abnormal liver function, diabetics, and patients with immune system diseases (such as HIV); 5. Patients with severe chronic diseases (such as heart, brain, vascular diseases, chronic kidney diseases); 6. Suffering from encephalopathy, uncontrolled epilepsy and other progressive neurological diseases; 7. Suffering from severe eczema or other skin diseases.
