23 Years to 26 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: First- to third-year resident physicians at Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital, Zhejiang University School of Medicine: 1. Age 18 or older, ICU residents (1st to 3rd year) who have completed or are undergoing standardized residency training. 2. Willing to participate in this study and have signed the informed consent form. 3. Able to complete simulated rounds and use the relevant software systems.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with obvious cognitive or mental disorders who are unable to complete simulation tasks. 2. Those who refuse to sign the informed consent form. 3. Those whom the researchers consider unsuitable to participate in this study.
