Chronic neck pain lasting for 3 months, with a VAS score of >= 4, the pain being related to neck movement, accompanied or not by a straightening of cervical curvature. The diagnosis is proposed as cervical degenerative bony changes and ligament calcification. Organic lesions such as cervical fractures, dislocations, tumors, infections and inflammatory spinal diseases are excluded.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 18 - 55 years (inclusive), Gender: No restrictions; 2. Chronic neck pain for >= 3 months, VAS score >= 4, pain is related to neck movement; 3. Outpatient physical examination suspects cervical degenerative bony changes and ligament calcification, CT examination is planned; 4. Able to understand the research process and independently complete standardized neck exercises; 5. Sign informed consent;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with imaging or clinical indications of organic lesions such as cervical fractures, dislocations, tumors, infections, inflammatory spinal disorders, etc. 2. Pregnant women and lactating women, patients with severe mental disorders such as bipolar disorder and schizophrenia. 3. Those with severe systemic diseases or who cannot cooperate with the examination. 4. Those with severe radicular or spinal cord type cervical spondylosis. 5. Those with a history of trauma or cervical surgery in the past. 6.Other conditions considered by the researchers as unsuitable for inclusion in the study.
