Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Meet the diagnostic criteria for sarcopenia 2.No gender restrictions, aged between 60 and 85 years old 3.Clear consciousness, stable vital signs, and able to cooperate with the investigation 4.Able to independently complete the measurement of parameters such as walking speed and grip strength 5.Sign the informed consent form and voluntarily participate in this study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Use of antibiotics, microecological agents, antineoplastic drugs, glucocorticoids, and immunosuppressive drugs in the past one month 2.Complicated with serious heart, brain, liver, kidney, malignant tumor, neuromuscular conduction disorders or muscle diseases, Patients with primary diseases such as hematopoietic system, acute phase of wasting diseases and endocrine system 3.Patients with mental diseases, psychological and behavioral abnormalities, severe cognitive impairment or communication difficulties, or patients who cannot cooperate with the diagnosis, treatment, management and investigation for other reasons 4.Failure to undergo body composition analysis: inability to stand independently, have a pacemaker implanted, or carry metal or electricity in the body Patients with sub-devices
