Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. No restrictions on age or gender; 2. Patients diagnosed with spinal deformity; 3. Spinal X-ray findings: Cobb angle in the coronal plane for scoliosis >70°, and flexibility in the flexion position =2 weeks who have undergone subsequent spinal corrective surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. A history of previous spinal surgery that could affect the interpretation of the results of this study; 2. Patients with concomitant spinal infections, tumors, ankylosing spondylitis, or other spinal disorders; 3. Patients with severe cardiovascular disease, coagulation disorders, or other conditions that would prevent them from tolerating surgery; 4. Patients with missing follow-up data or who were lost to follow-up for more than 3 months.
