control group:Methylcobalamin and epalrestat are routinely administered to nourish the nerves
gabapentin/pregabalin is used for symptomatic analgesia according to the degree of pain.

60 Years to 90 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=60 years old; 2. History of type 2 diabetes >=5 years; 3. Persistent neuropathic pain in limbs for >=6 months; 4. VAS score >=4 points; 5. Clear consciousness; 6. Can cooperate with examination and follow-up; 7. Informed consent of patient and family.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.severe liver and kidney failure,; 2.coagulation disorder,; 3.platelet abnormalities; 4.Acute complications such as diabetic ketoacidosis in the past 3 months; 5.Limb skin infection,; 6.Severe vascular occlusion; 7.malignant tumors,; 8.autoimmune diseases; 9.Mental illness cannot cooperate; 10.Have recently received PRP or other nerve repair treatments.
