Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patient group: Meeting clinical diagnostic criteria of peripheral facial paralysis; aged 18–70 years; capable of cooperating with frontal facial image acquisition; H-B scale grading (Grade I–V) completed by specialist physicians; voluntary participation with signed informed consent. 2.Healthy group: No history of facial paralysis, facial trauma, facial surgery or craniofacial deformities; basically symmetric facial appearance; capable of cooperating with image acquisition; voluntary participation with signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Central facial palsy, facial tumors, severe infections, craniofacial deformities, or neuromuscular disorders. 2.Excessive head rotation, facial occlusion, noncooperative facial expression, or extremely poor lighting during image acquisition. 3.Poor image quality, unsuccessful facial landmark detection, or missing/unclear clinical grading annotations. 4.Cognitive impairment, psychiatric disorders, or unable to cooperate with the examination.
