40 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 40–75 years; 2. Having indications for colonoscopy and receiving diagnostic colonoscopy; 3. Suspected lesions detected endoscopically and agreeing to undergo targeted biopsy; 4. Voluntarily participating in this study and signing the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of colorectal surgery; 2. Advanced colorectal malignancies; 3. Previous radiotherapy or chemotherapy; 4. Poor image quality (the mucosal surface cannot be clearly visualized due to massive mucus or air bubbles) or incomplete examination (colonoscope fails to reach the ileocecal region); 5. Contraindications to colonoscopy and anesthesia, or contraindications to biopsy including ongoing use of anticoagulants or antiplatelet agents; 6. Pregnant and lactating women.
