Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged >= 16 years. 2. Patients who underwent emergency ERCP.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or lactating women. 2.Patients with failed ERCP procedure.

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Changes in infection-related indicators (such as body temperature, white blood cell count, C-reactive protein, procalcitonin, etc.) before and after emergency ERCP.;

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
The basic conditions of the bile duct (such as the width of the bile duct, the operation of ERCP on the orifice of the duodenal papillary, whether there is bile duct stenosis, whether there is duodenal fistula, whether a bile duct stent is placed, and whether a pancreatic duct stent is placed.);General patient information (gender, age, presence of underlying liver diseases, primary biliary diseases, history of gastrointestinal surgery);The basic treatment and examination conditions before and after the operation;
