Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis at the Kidney Disease Center of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University, where maintenance hemodialysis is defined as hemodialysis performed twice or thrice weekly for end stage renal disease for >=1 month; 2.Patients aged >=18 years; 3.Patients with the capacity for independent decision making and able to voluntarily decide whether to participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who plan to undergo kidney transplantation, transfer to another dialysis center for maintenance hemodialysis, or switch to peritoneal dialysis within the next year; 2.Patients with unstable clinical conditions due to acute infection, cardiovascular complications (e.g., acute coronary syndrome, stroke), or in the perioperative period of any surgical procedure; 3.Patients unable to cooperate with researchers in completing basic questionnaire surveys because of hearing impairment, speech disorders, or other comparable reasons; 4.Any other conditions deemed by the investigators as unsuitable for participation.
