Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult patients (aged 18–65); 2.Patients undergoing elective free flap surgery between 2022 and 2025;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe vascular lesions or those unable to locate perforating vessels preoperatively; 2.Patients with an untraceable clinical history; 3.Patients requiring complex surgical procedures; 4. Patients with incomplete relevant preoperative laboratory tests.
